We love it here!! Casita is family owned & kid friendly, their coffee & matcha are so yummy. They make their own syrups and you can taste the difference from all the artificial stuff most coffee shops use. They always have the most delicious pastries from local bakers as well! We come here often and are never disappointed!!

Cute little coffee house… Casita! We loved the cafe de olla, we got a hot latte and tried it in the nitro iced. Pastries were delicious, highly recommend the guava and cheese & the queso and rajas. Yum! Service was great too.

Google Maps pulled up this cute little cafe when we were in the area, and the reviews drew us in — so we decided to check it out. This cafe didn’t disappoint. From the excellent, attentive customer service to the unique and creative flavor combos, everything hit the mark. The flavors were bold and unexpected in the best way, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the menu. The matcha was perfectly balanced between the sweet, milk and amount of powder. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to.

Best coffee in the East Valley—hands down! I’ve been a fan of Casita Coffee since the days of their adorable mobile coffee shop, and watching them grow into their new brick & mortar space has been such a treat! The new spot is precious—super chic, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with cute board games and even toys for the kiddos. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a while. But let’s talk about what really sets them apart—their authentic Hispanic flavors that truly represent the culture. From their drinks to their welcoming vibe, everything feels intentional and rooted in community. They also offer a variety of milk options and are super accommodating when it comes to customizing your drink. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or something with a cultural twist, they’ve got you covered. If you haven’t checked them out yet, do yourself a favor and go! Your taste buds will thank you.

I've been wanting to try this place out for a while now. I finally made it down I was glad I did. We were warmly greeted as soon as we opened the door. Because it was our first time it took us a minute to decide on what we were having. The barista was very patient. I decided to try the Mexican mocha and the pumpkin donut. Both were heavenly. The coffee was smooth like velvet and full of flavor. The pumpkin donut had just the right amount of sweetness to compliment the coffee. This hidden gem did not disappoint and is a must try!

Had the hot horchata latte and a pumpkin donut! It was delicious and flavorful! The coffee was perfect temperature and perfect amount of cinnamon! The donut was great too,not too overly flavored. Can’t wait to come back and try other menu options!

I stopped in randomly for a Friday morning treat after dropping my little one off for school. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet and helpful in sharing with me all the options I had after telling her I wanted matcha. To be clear there are lots of options, especially seasonal ones. I feel like everyone has the basic vanilla, lavender, blueberry, strawberry so it was really cool to see things like apple butter and peach cobbler. This why I support local > chains all day! I ended up going with the peach cobbler matcha and it was so good, just the right amount of sweetness and flavor but not overpowering. I also got a berry danish because it’s Friday lol. Love the interior design as well. I’ll definitely be back!

Friendly service? Check. Cozy location? Check. Phenomenal coffee, with great seasonal drinks and unique pastries? Check. Best matcha in the whole of Arizona? Heck ya! This is my wife’s favorite coffee shop, and honestly, it is up there for me too. Truly a joy every time we swing by.

First time at Casita Coffee and I loved it! 🤎 This Latino-owned spot is such a gem. The owners were super friendly and genuinely sweet. I ordered the Spanish latte and a sourdough Conchita—both were amazing! I’m so happy we have a Latino-owned small business coffee shop here in Gilbert. I’ll definitely be back! ✨
